公寓管理中心有权移除garbage disposal 吗

附上邮件The garbage disposal in your kitchen sink is going to be removed today. This is because on several occasions you have caused the pipes to back up in the building and the apartment below you sink overflows with your garbage from the disposal. You are not using it properly. This will mean that you CAN NOT EVER put any food down your sinks. You also should ABSOLUTELY NEVER PUT ANY GREASE down your kitchen sinks. If this happens again after we remove the disposal we will charge you for the service to fix it.

一头雾水，之前没有收到任何告知邮件。一下子就要来移除disposal。这疫情下，真不大愿意维修工作人员
上门。

不知道是否真的是我们造成的，还是由于排水系统有问题，或者其它原因。

好奇群发的还是给你一个人的？ 你平时有扔东西进sink么？

自己买个滤网，都扔到垃圾桶，东西经可能不要让在这个系统里搅拌了。更别说油脂到里面。估计看到你那个系统里倒了不该倒的东西。下水道不好修，自己注意下。来给我们修下水道的人说他自己家里最大可能把水池过滤掉，不好修，尤其旧一些的房子的下水系统。
