DIY的口罩感觉主要是防止传染给别人而不是保护自己，布口罩不防水，如果携带者的droplet接触到口罩外围是能透过去传染戴口罩的人的。但是病毒携带者戴了口罩可以大幅地缩短戴口罩人的droplet喷溅距离，从而减少感染范围。人人都戴还是对控制疫情帮助很大的，不管DIY还是surgical masks。

看这个贴，感觉是第三国家对付疫情。大家手动，像是第三国家，根本没有计划，规范，效率和科学基础。完全是胡搞瞎搞。任何稍微有些常识的国家都会鼓励大家买口罩和想办法给人民制造或者进口口罩。
