果蔬汁,也没有特别按照什么recipe,就是蔬菜水果都加一点,加水或者低脂牛奶打一打。以前是抓一把salad mix,再加些有甜味的水果都不会难喝。最近不常买salad mix,因为很少购物,而且特殊时期还是不吃生食比较好。我是按照这个视频冻了一些蔬菜:西葫芦,花菜,西兰花等,水果可以加苹果,香蕉,葡萄,莓类等,家里也囤了很多冻水果专门用来打smoothie。以前也只知道用salad mix,这个视频让我用的蔬菜种类丰富起来,推荐一下,如果愿意也可以按照她的recipe做:
