华人上力量大，上来帮一个极度惊吓的老美邻居问一下医疗意见。多谢各位。坐标：靠近斯坦福大学医院。病程第4周，发过烧，咳嗽，胸闷，腹泻，昨天都起不来床，呼吸气短，但是血氧正常，两周前测阴性，X-ray正常。目前只是和医生每周一次视频诊疗，医生觉得新冠的可能性很大。应该怎么办？ 1. Age, gender, had contact with infected persons? -- I am 44 year old female. I did not have contact with a confirmed infected person (however there has been a severe lack of tests). My neighbor returned home from New Orleans and Mardi Gras - where there is a massive influx of positive patients. Her 14 year old daughter had the same early symptoms as me. Illness started on March 11th. 2. Cough: Light or severe dry cough? Cough frequency? Days?-- I had a cough the first two weeks of illness. It was a light dry cough that got worse in the second week. My doctor prescribed me Azithromycin on day 12, and my cough got significantly better. I was then prescribed an inhaler to help with shortness of breath. 3. Phlegm: With or without phlegm, what color? Toward the end of the second week, I had some phlegm but it was clear. I had my lungs checked at the ER in my second week with a chest Xray - they said my lungs were clear. 4. Fever: temperature, days.... I had a low fever for 10 days. It finally cleared with the antibiotics. (Azithromycin) 5. Diarrhoea: severe or mild? number of days. Yes I had diarahhia and stomach cramps the first 2-3 days of illness. It was medium severity not mild. Enough that I tried to take over the counter medicine for it. 6. Feeling chest tightness? Sore muscles? Level description - Yes. The night before I went to the ER I had rapid pulse and chest tightness and was up coughing all night. 7. Breathing: breath difficulty? I had shortness of breath....where I would get tired from walking across the room to get more water. And need to immediately sit down and rest. 8. what medicine had taken? I have taken Azithromycin, Cephalexin, albuterol (inhaler) and Tylenol and Advil for fever and pain remover. PLEASE NOTE: On my third week - I had a massive tooth infection and had to go to the emergency dentist to get my tooth extracted. Cephalexin was used for that infection. 9. What tests performed and results? At Stanford, I had an EKG and Chest Xray -during my second week of illness and the tests were normal. What I am most worried about now is that I wake from sleep with my fingers tingling (pins and needles) multiple times a night. My heart also races! spikes from resting rate of 62 - up to 110. I measured my oxygen when this happens and it is at 98%
