我个人认为可能可以试试低剂量，100 或 200 mg。这种剂量对免疫基本上没有影响。但是氯喹（羟氯喹不知道是不是也一样）有在肺部集聚的特性，在COVID-19主要感染部位的肺部的浓度可以特别高。可能在低剂量也能抑制病毒。
阿奇霉素对COVID-19的作用比较牵强。在有明确证据前不建议用。因为可能会加重肝肾负担。COVID-19本来就有肝脏毒性，不要毒上加毒。
