i944 part 3 question 15 item D, 关于health insurance这个，感觉wording很奇怪，意思是如果 15 选了 YES 还需要15D继续选YES吗还是直接忽略15D不填啊？两个问题是这样的： 15. Do you currently have health insurance? If you answered "Yes" to Item Number 15., attache evidence of health insurance. If you answered "No" to Item Number 15., proceed to Item D. 15D. Have you enrolled or will soon enroll in health insurance but your health coverage has not started yet?
另一个就是part 3 question 25. Did you withdraw your application(s) before being certified to receive the public benefits? 这个not applicable的话是选NO还是直接不答跳过呀。。。
最后就skills那里，作为在读PhD没有考过证什么的，occupation skills是不是就可以写no了? english skills的话可不可以把以前的GRE还有托福雅思成绩这种写上呀？
