不對，以上的link是Santa Clara guideline，Santa Clara county沒有海岸線，不包括hwy 1. Outdoor activities are limited and may only occur within 5 miles from your residence. Use of playgrounds, dog parks, public picnic areas, and similar recreational areas is prohibited. Use of shared public recreational facilities such as golf courses, tennis and basketball courts, pools, and rock walls is also prohibited.
