想要从左边的格式弄成右边的，我现在用merge and center键，但是每一个名字要手动改。有什么办法能让整个column同时merge吗？谢谢！

没看懂为什么要手动改每个名字，merge的时候不就是默认保留最上一格的内容么？你名字都一样的，只要merge左边的cell，自然就成右边的样子了啊，如果不介意手动merge每个相同名字的若干cell的话。

不可以用 remove duplicate function 吗？

这题我会，用pivot table功能。

do merge and center once, then use the format painter copy the format to the following cells.
(Never mind, did not notice that the number of duplicates were not the same)

每个名字站的row数不同，估计写macro（relative reference）最可行。 我不是大牛，只是出主意，坐等大牛解答。
