忙到晚上9点半?其实就是你没空(包括精神和情绪的空隙)的时候懒得理他罢了。而他也是有空(包括精神和情绪空隙)的时候才理你。
双方都不是对方生活中的first priority.
不过这样也挺好。双方都很关注,或者双方都不太关注,是最佳状态,相处起来最舒服,因为能同步。如果一方很关注另一方不太关注才麻烦和容易引起难受。
你现在需要做的就是调整一下自己心态就好了。既然你等情绪有空了才理会他,就不要对他过高要求,也容许他等情绪有空了才理会你。不要造成不对等。
对方生日到晚上lz才发个消息,肯定他也不是lz的priority前几位。你说的对,大家关注度对等挺好,不要双标。
