我也是买的 Scott Toilet Paper，也是那个 83% negative review 的卖家的，所以现在我们能做的 一是等3 days after the estimated delivery date，没收到货后去联系amazon拿退款？ 二是因为已经有姐妹去报告了amazon， 我们等amazon 对卖家的处理结果？

就是觉得（又）是中国的卖家，很难过。
对，生活必需品这类的，只买amazon自营的
只有一些小东西 或者书玩具这类的，amazon自营没有或者差价太大，才买第三方
我跟你是同一个卖家。怎么举报呢？
你快招PWWP要马甲发个大字报，让那个ID出来和我骂，天啊我今天没骂人好痒痒！！！但脏话骂太多好怕被封号
我昨天去举报了。我遇到的那个人说她会向上级汇报，然后就完了。没有别的。后面估计只能等到了收获时候再看了。
Fulfill的也不要买，也是第三方的
一是等3 days after the estimated delivery date，没收到货后去联系amazon拿退款？
二是因为已经有姐妹去报告了amazon， 我们等amazon 对卖家的处理结果？
还能做什么？ 去给信誉卡公司打电话去dispute这个收费，是不是不太好？
不要等。 现在就去告诉amazon 这是个scam， 那个tracking number 是假的。 同时告诉Amazon 这种 评价之差的公司Amazon 应该立即调查. 对这种公司多等一分钟就又有不少人上当受骗。
