谢谢楼主分享。离不开番茄炒蛋的我前几天买不到鸡蛋发愁得头发都白了。下次看到后多买几盒去壳后放在冷冻室有备无患。

鸡蛋保鲜期都是一个月后了，而且又不能买多，还需要长期保存？

这是说要打破了放进去？那要怎么用啊。。。

非organic的鸡蛋我以前买的放冰箱两个月没问题。organic的短一些。前提是买的时候比较新。
Liquid Eggs (Egg Whites) 盒装的可能时间长，最近没有买过。

再长期的话，Jimmy Dean出breakfast sandwich sausage egg cheese, 冷冻的，应该几个月没问题。鸡蛋都给你做好了。

鸡蛋冰箱里随便放一个月没问题的，你能一个月都不出去买菜？

我冻坏了一盒蛋（凝固后把蛋壳撑破了），超难过。真难买

我也是最近愁鸡蛋。牛奶我倒是买了十几箱常温奶可以撑一整子，鸡蛋保鲜期短还有限购。每次买到或网上刷到鸡蛋，都要大吃一顿解解馋，然后就是一家每天两三个省着吃。
