Wearing masks and gloves is very essential because people without symptoms can spread the virus to you without realizing it. Enclosed are two pairs of gloves and one mask with facial napkins inside it. After you use the gloves, you can rinse and wash them with soap for 1 min and rinse again and let dry in the air. After you use the mask, you can spray it with disinfectants (Clorox or 10% bleach,etc.) and air dry it. At the end of the day, blow dry both gloves and the mask with a blow dryer for 5 min to kill the virus because the virus will die at 56C or above. Put new napkins inside the mask before you use it. 一元店的face towel1刀5个，折叠一下两边放rubber band，然后用几个订书钉固定,口罩里面可以放两层facial napkin 。这样至少可以防飞沫，因为很多无症状传染的人也会传染。国内口罩紧缺的时候都是口罩用完后用70%酒精或者10% bleach喷洒一下，然后晾干后用吹风机加热几分钟第二天用的。
