Our club will refund some money, but not sure how much. They are waiting to get refunded the tournament fees, hotel, etc before they know how much they can refund us. meantime, the club is not paying the coaches since they are not coaching. We paid almost $8,000 for the season from Jan to May, most likely the season is over. We did not get to go any of the out of state tournaments. Practiced only a little over 2 months, that is unfair and unreasonable if the club is not refunding anything to the families, that is a lot of money.

Yeah, I agree with you. The club should not shift all their loss to the families, especially they did not incur all the costs. They cannot take the money without fulfilling their side of the contract responsibilities. They did not provide with you the promised services, thus they cannot make you pay, if they do not refund, you guys should unite with other families and go to small claim court.
our coach is unethical too, he made kids taking his private lessons, if you don't, he will bench you, and let other kids play, this is nasty! But you can change club.
俱乐部前几天转发了一封整个state association 的email, 建议不refund spring season.
觉得这样做，club有点不地道。至少给点credits,；或者损失，家长和俱乐部一人承担一半。现在，它直接转一封不退款的email过来，让人觉得很不爽。直接让家长承担所有的损失。
俱乐部教练，很多都是兼职的，一般都有一份正式的其它工作。不懂为啥要这么做。按理来说，我们付的费用，一部分是给教练发工资的。
一部分是tournament fees, tournament director 用来租场地，付裁判费用。场地，很多都是政府的，这种情况，不给政府付钱，完全合理。 裁判有很多teenagers, 都不是专业人士。
我该写信给club让他们给些credits towards next season吗?
这个合理，我也愿意承担一部分费用，特别是如果俱乐部不付裁判，教练的情况下，更不应该所有的损失，都让家长来承担。

好纠结，到底要不要dispute credit card. $2000是一笔不小的钱了. 如果是$200的话，就算了。
