Maybe considering ephedrine/Pseudo-ephedrine for treating the Coronavirus?
Hi everyone,
I’ve forwarded these following medical information to my family doctor and OB. They say they will utilize the information. If you’re a medical professional, please determine if this information is relevant, or forward it on to someone who can make use of it. If it works, it could potentially help some patients. Let’s hold hands and pray for this shituaton to be over. 🙏

Ephedrine is used for temporary relief of shortness of breath, chest tightness, and wheezing due to bronchial asthma. ... Ephedrine is a decongestant and bronchodilator. It works by reducing swelling and constricting blood vessels in the nasal passages and widening the lung airways, allowing you to breathe more easily https://www.drugs.com/ephedrine.html
Example 1
Dr. Ai Fen, director of Wuhan Central Hospital's emergency department, was the first doctor to alert other colleagues about a SARS-like disease in Wuhan. Several of her colleagues passed away from the coronavirus when treating patients in ER. She has asthma, and she thinks the spray helped her to prevent inhaling the virus or has substance that helped her not to get contracted. “是因为我本身有哮喘,在用一些吸入性的激素,可能会抑制这些病毒在肺内沉积”

Elizabeth Schneider - Seattle coronavirus survivor “One thing that I believe may have saved me from getting worse respiratory symptoms is the fact that I consistently took Sudafed, used Afrin nasal spray (3 sprays in each nostril, 3 days at a time and then 3 days off), and used a Neti pot (with purified water). “
Pseudoephedrine- Brand name: Sudafed

Pseudoephedrine is used for the temporary relief of stuffy nose and sinus pain/pressure caused by infection (such as the common cold, flu) or other breathing illnesses (such as hay fever, allergies, bronchitis). Pseudoephedrine is a decongestant (sympathomimetic).

Ephedrine is very short acting medication, shouldn't work very well for this scenario.
