New Rochelle最开始爆发犹太大叔cluster传染，然后整个地区lockdown，就已经派出national guards了。如果继续进驻曼哈顿，我觉得挺好的，保证安全，必须预防某些人抢商店，抢银行什么的。

不过这个是瘟疫，不是打仗，人越多越可怕，派部队进来只是多了传染源，所以中国迟迟没有大量军队进去，部队被感染只是时间问题，在军营里散布开，更可怕
军队来帮助人民是好事，不会像那谁以前在某广场一样，用来镇压。
