那也不至于吧。现在纽约不是说只给明显症状的，高烧的人才测么？如果已经明显症状，高烧的话，应该也不是过去3，4天才感染的吧？应该是1-2周前就感染的
好像说他要全国lock down权限有限，这个算不算联邦的权利不知道。

照这个说法，中国才是最可怜的一个，开始还啥都不知道呢
州长哪有这么英明？开始总说死亡率只是流感两倍，80%的人自愈，影响的主要是老年且有基础病的，flu 说了很多遍，我还写信去科普他的办公室了呢。后来是看到意大利死的人那么多才认识到这个不是flu, 另外Westchester 那个律师传染了一大片他们才明白这个传染的多厉害。
