没事可以练练,缓解一下久坐导致的腰酸背痛

伏地挺腰
1、双腿并拢伸直、腹部贴地
2、慢慢抬起上半身、头抬起直视前方、同时做深呼吸
3、保持该姿势20秒、一共做10次

This is the opposite of what I usually to relax my lower back. When I do the pose you suggested, it hurts my back even more.
