非常经典的一本相对浅显有趣的是 Charlotte's web, 这本书本身就很好看，还有电影，孩子看完书可以再看看电影。比较一下更喜欢书还是更喜欢电影。我娃评价 Charlotte's web书比电影好看，而Matlida是电影比书好看。

再往后是一个系列的名著的简写版Classic Starts。感觉就是给还没有ready读原版名著的小朋友准备的。

另一个是Confession of a Homeschooler, 她在youtube有很多视频，我想团的是 Classic literature pack 1-3（一共$144）， https://store.confessionsofahomeschooler.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=70_100 大家可以进网站看。每个pack大概10本书，可以做成lapbook的形式（比较费时间，但成果好看），也可以直接选择打印出来让娃完成。
