As a result, we are immediately implementing the following practices: For patients who are presumed to not be infected with COVID-19 (i.e., the patient is not a person under investigation or a confirmed COVID-19 case): In the OR or other procedural areas, health care workers should use one surgical mask per day, which will be reused throughout the day unless the mask becomes visibly contaminated. In non-OR, non-procedural areas, health care workers who don a surgical or procedural mask should continue to wear the same mask from patient to patient, until the mask needs to be removed. The goal is to prolong the use of each mask. The mask should be discarded if visibly contaminated. Face shields and goggles will no longer be considered single use. Following each use of the shield or goggles, staff should wipe down the equipment with a PDI wipe (gray top or orange top), and place face shield/goggles in a face shield envelope with the worker’s full name on the envelope. CAPR lenses will be reused by cleaning with a PDI wipe (gray top or orange top), providing that the chin cuff is intact. N95 masks will be reused and placed in a paper bag. The worker’s full name should be written on the paper bag. View more details in this document. 现在还有一些在药厂做RD的朋友，他们部分时间可以work from home, 但仍需要轮流到实验室去工作。做clinical trial的，倒是可以wfh。但是那些做医生的，依然要到一线去，真心担心他们的安危。希望大家一切安康，平安度过难关，钱多钱少，平安就好~
