NEW YORK — The nation’s largest police department is stockpiling masks and gloves, dusting off old emergency plans and taking to social media to dispel rumors, such as one that New York City will essentially be locked down because of the coronavirus. Spokesman Richard Esposito, pushing back against gripes from the city’s largest police union, said Friday that the department has already given out 67,550 pairs of gloves and 26,440 masks to officers, along with disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer. About 500,000 additional masks are in storage, with more on the way, Esposito said.
Seattle Children’s is actively working to conserve and to acquire more protective equipment for its providers, patients and caregivers. Supplies are limited due to the impact on manufacturing and a dramatic increase in global demand. If you have access to any style of basic isolation mask such as the one pictured below, we could use the support. We can accept curbside drop off of unopened boxes or bags of masks between 9am-3pm M-F at the Seattle Children’s Guild Association Office. We are located within the Seattle Children’s Administrative Building located at 6901 Sand Point Way NE, Seattle, WA 98115. We will get these items to the hospital; please do not drop off supplies at the hospital. 全世界都缺口罩，韩国日本也排很长队买口罩。生产也不是那么容易，台湾动手那么早，国家队上阵安排60条生产线，口罩原料自己都能产，也到三月初才达到每天1000万只。香港个人商家政府搞了这么久，全世界的买机器买原料，也刚刚有口罩生产出来，好些买了机器的还因为没有中间喷熔布开不了工
前段时间不是说马云捐口罩给韩国日本，给韩国的是日本口罩，给日本的是韩国口罩和美国产口罩，把日本韩国都气坏了
主要是亚洲人人戴口罩的消耗量也是很惊人的，难说能不能有富余 如果是N95的话，那就更没办法了，中国现在想买生产线都买不到，准备自己造生产线，那产品肯定是自用或者捐小国，美国是不会用的吧？
