他们公司的工作现在属于essential， 肯定有特殊permission。 而且大部分人呆家里了，去上班的人也相对安全了。
显然可以延期呀。 你想去，人家移民局的官员还不乐意呢。 你等等就会收到改期的信了
这里本来很多事都自觉实施。比如STOP SIGN停，比如排队不插队。

其实无家可归者呆在户外，相对来说风险算低的了。把他们限制起来，反而提高了他们中招的概率。
当初武汉那么冷，都有很多人宁愿在街上流浪，不愿被收容，更何况是湾区这么温暖的地方。
