急问refinance

前两天做的refinance，MD，15年15万，利率2.5，cost 4500， 明天签约，
是不是应该撤下来，再等等？美联储利率降到0，loan rate是不是也会降？
打电话给我的agent，人家说不一定loan rate会降，要我赶紧签了。
大家看呢？多谢。。。

不要做有cost的，rate很低了，再低也不能省多少钱

签约是啥 close?

谢谢大家，我其实没说清楚。。。 我是想拿高一点点的利率，比如2.875，但是给我loan cost credit。 我的agent说最近只升不降，我只能自己出4500左右的loan cost.

最好还是no point no fee的refi
