1. 前期需要增加ICU容量，调动医疗人力资源。
2. 院内感染占41%，其中70%为医护人员，又其中主要为非ICU非急诊科室医护，主要原因为缺乏防护与意识。非典型症状患者由于难以检测，可能成为主要传染源。
3. 建立分集诊疗，设置发热门诊。仅靠CT无法做出准确诊断，PCR检测阴性率非常高，多轮PCR加下一代测序明显提高准确性。
4. 重症率为10-20%， ICU患者中呼吸窘迫非常常见，需要实时监测调整呼吸机参数。
5.上海公卫管理经验，早期预测无措施感染人数将达到8-10万人，采取措施后得到明显压制。措施包括限制出入上海，取消所有聚集活动，鼓励公众居家。限制区域传播将非常有助于控制传播，分析称意大利早期为中国输入病例，后期转为社区感染。
6. 美国的CT系统在检测患者以后需要2个小时进行消毒，需要提高通量。
7. 目前仍然未有出站有效抗病毒治疗方法，Lopinabir/ritonavir实验结束，结果尚未发表，预期乐观，瑞德西韦实验仍在继续。
8. 自主免疫系统失调，死亡患者淋巴细胞计数明显降低，CD3 T细胞计数降低，针对免疫系统的治疗可能有效，包括皮质激素的使用。
