kinda of. Just make sure your proactively communicating to her about all the things she's been asking so you can don't have to deal with her that frequently. Also have some honest conversation about what she thinks of your performance, where her concerns are so you can better communicate. If after all these efforts, you don't see any improvement from her, you should start looking for a new opportunity if you cannot stand her... I found some female leaders are hard to let go of their teams so maybe try to find a male boss instead :-)
你跟她互换下角色就知道了 如果有个人report给你 而你并不清楚这个人每天的活是什么 做到哪里 需要做多久 你也会觉得不舒服啊 我觉得你可以create一个共享的tracker,每个星期update一下,这样你自己心里也有数自己有多少工作是on track的,老板也可以自己去看,也方便她安排其他的project给你。如果仍然有其他问题,再set up face to face的时间。个人觉得这样会比较有效率。
