吃哺乳动物就不一样了,病毒很容易跨过物种壁垒。所以吃哺乳动物,一定要吃被长期驯化过的。

关键是做法,要grill 或者broil. 高温,几分钟就做好了,外焦里嫩,口感好极了。
炒成鱼渣,快有点脆了,加点糖和酱油就可以了。 我以前还经常做成鱼松,就是煮了之后搞碎然后加点油炒干,跟福建肉松一个做法
