我要不是一线的医生就不会这么担心了。最近看病人完全是裸奔，没手套没口罩。前两天看了一个疑似后出院的病人，我内心是有点瑟瑟发抖的，所以把口罩戴了起来。另一个同事为了表明没什么，手套不戴直接跟人握手了。西方人心大不是乱说的。美国和中国不一样，应该不会命令你上前线，但该你干的事该你看的病人一点不能少。我们医院有些医生被隔离了，但照样在家里视频看诊。这世界上少了啥都能转，但疫情的时候少了医生估计不行。

你看看后来中国的护士都穿什么，就知道在一定浓度情况下，就会发病。
就说插管吧，国内有插管敢死队，吸痰还有吸痰敢死队。国内并不是每个人都有单独负压病房，早就有文献提到，即使同病房的病人戴了口罩，进行插管和吸痰操作时，同病房的人会突然发烧。
这病毒很狡猾。
还是说说哪个医院吧。如果确诊医护的亲人同事也能不惧领导把消息透露出来，你现在也不会在一线还不知道危险在哪里，气的在这里骂娘
口罩是防飞沫，但浓度达到一定程度，就要防护服了。

楼主保重！我也在医院工作，一个月没去过食堂了。医院里工作的到这个时候真是没办法，很多工作没法WFH。
如果真是Michigan，这笔血债应该算在三德子跟白等头上！为了保投票率，州政府简称一个没有。结果一投完票，马上就宣布紧急状态！
可问题是美国医院现在大多连口罩都不戴。武汉前期3000+医护感染就这么来的。虽然这边条件要好很多，但也经不住。

我另外几个在长岛医院工作的朋友，已经拿了FAMILY LEAVE，都没有任何阻挠。。
在这里UPDATE一下，SUFFOLK COUNTY第一例被确诊就是医院的朋友第一时间发短信告诉我的，里面包括了这个确诊病人的行径，走过那些地方，我也第一时间发了朋友圈让大家小心。 而后官方数据从0更新到1. 目前我所知的的皇后区，下城，Nassau and Suffolk几个医院都没有“被封口”。 一个老外PA在smithtown工作，一个确诊曾经VISIT过，这个urgent care也被关门了，大家在家隔离2周，带薪。
UPDATE 2, 连着发我私信的MM们一起这里回复吧。我朋友（美国人）是老婆生孩子拿的假，今天早上我在这里回复之后给他发短信问医院情况，他已经回去上班了，他说上面说缺人手，他认为特殊时候职责所在，他认为不需要PANIC。 他所在的医院一切都很正常，没有一个同事因为病毒离职或者自主要求走人的，口罩都有，没有不够的情况(长岛地区）。医院都正常运行，无论医生还是护士，大家总体都是一起抵抗，给病人最大的帮助。 他说现在大家都自觉戴口罩了。

美国医院有食堂的，曾经在mayo clinic（非北面那个）食堂吃过，饭很好吃，病人和员工分开。朋友他们那是什么教会医院，医生有专门食堂，免费。
