其实，我觉得对健康人最有效的就是勤洗手，还有和有病症的人保持距离。
怎么就有人喜欢抬杠呢！能避免的就避免，谁也不能百分百保证旁边没有病人。而且就算旁边有病人，你带口罩也没用啊。
是的，简单说来就是这个意思。
都呼吸困难了，还在家待着？不赶紧去医院？
以及。。。是不能防止别人感染佩戴者还是比起n95没有那么有效呢？就像lz摘抄的是“less effective”。
如果是后者，就用作日常防护，是不是还是应该佩戴普通医用口罩出门？
