韩国的还不能这么算吧。因为韩国疫情发展阶段比较国内是靠后的。现在轻症转重症到死亡有一个时间。初期死亡率并不准。另外韩国先发病的是在医疗资源有保障的情况下，后续发病医疗资源告急，会有上涨的。像意大利这样资源已经告急的，死亡率也在3.4%了。所以1%以下我理解的是医疗资源完全充沛，快速检测，应收尽收下的死亡率。
意大利根本测的就不完全，美国新确诊的输入性病理几乎是意大利来的，去旅个游就感染上说明意大利早就沦陷了，确诊人数比现在高得多。
所以说要严控不能放任。
