With the coronavirus spreading across the U.S., that day may soon be approaching.
"We are trying to hold out as long as we can to tap into that warehouse, because we think there's a chance we will see sustained transmission in the community," said Dr. Paul Biddinger, chief of the division of emergency preparedness at Mass General, noting that the facility "takes us through the worst two weeks."

麻省总医院这事听说过，他们很早就开始管理这些ppe了都上🔒了。认识的人在 partner 做危机处理的经理知道的信息。姐夫的姐也在那里做会计 她们这些非前线的员工一天有限量地拿一两个做保护。
从媒体铺天盖地的说我们有close monitor然而连第一任确诊同航班都没有联系和追踪来看，媒体就是一直被一群官僚的回答
给洗脑了。然后群众一看哇这么多报道肯定是做好了准备的。然而，到现在全州只测了20个，白瞎了那么多好医院高校和biohub
难怪麻省测的人这么少，就是不想数字上去😨🤬 麻省和纽约这么近，纽约传开了，波士顿肯定多多少少有社区传染。何况毒王律师在grand central, 都是长途大巴上车的地方，每天乌殃乌殃的不知道多少人往返于这两个城市。
官僚哪里都有。以前学公共卫生的一个教policy的教授拿sars做榜样，虽然都是官僚，但是欧美控制疫情要难很多因为人权自由私隐各种可能，启动public health laws的路途会是困难重重。

现在因为麻州是政府检测 不做开发Testing kit这方面 只能等FDA的开发kit. 现有的Kit 不够只能有限检测符合1.临床病症以及有2.旅游历史或者跟确认病人有接触的人

现在努力是不是应集中在增加测试人数，放宽测试标准？
没有检测Kit所以只能按照dph来 大家可以尝试自己去问问 Dph 的联络电话是 1 617 983 6800
会有接线生回答简单问题和拿你的联络方式 然后再有专业的人回复。他们态度非常好。不过也非常官方
还有是Level 2和3的国家旅游后是必须要自行隔离两周，暂时包括了 中国，南韩，日本，伊朗以及意大利。自我隔离就是靠自觉。因为我的春假是四月初去欧洲 所以就多问了这个。
不增加检测，谈什么控制传播的，麻省不会愚昧到这个程度吧
现在麻省手上的检测Kit 都是FDA rollout。所以有限地检测符合条件的人。1.有临床症状 和2 跟确定病人有接触或者有旅游历史的人。
麻省没有实验室开发 kit。不知道波士顿各医学院实验室和药厂的人有没有这方面的信息？

我觉得麻省最讨厌的一点是不透明。新闻里只说有多少人被monitor，然而分布在哪个town不说，而且测了多少人也不说， 所以民众惶惶。那天忘了看的什么消息，说MGH在测本地某公司的员工，然而拒不透漏是哪个公司。 Biogen的大概是开始检测后第一批爆出来的所以说了，现在close contact的员工是BWH在检查？ 其他的一概不知。
刚刚开始都是说County 后面多资料的时候就会提供准确的地区。私隐问题。
