以前就这样，H1N1大流行的时候美国普通人6个月以后才知道，奥巴马就是这么治国的。

通不通知民众，本来就是传染病流行情况下的一个考虑。某些情况下不通报也不是问题。
关键是必须防控，而不是不干事。
这次CDC确实做得不好。 一方面坚决不查有症状的没接触史的，一方面声称因为都是输入型所以没有社区传染，都什么逻辑思考能力。

美国总统又不是独裁习，下面人不是他的狗，而且很多人想搞他，他用人不力当然有错，具体办事的人办成这样更是大错特错当然要负责。
