最近refi的都拿到什么rate?

不知道还会不会继续下行啊

refinance多久能来一次啊。我去年做的今年又想做了

恩，打算弄成fixed的

今天 conforming and high balance loan 利率新低。 51万以下 refinance 30年fix 可以3.125 no point no fee.

no-cost refinance: 51万以下，2.875%， 15年

我的agnet前两天通知我 30年 3.125 no point no fee plus 1000 credit （IL） 现在手上的是3.5%还有29.5年 没有答应，感觉是不是还有机会降

实际上是不行 多fefi两次credit score就下来了 拿不到best rate
