谢谢信息,我去usps网站看了,这个claim window对不同的service是不一样的。global express是30天之内,priority mail express international是90天之内,priority mail international 是6个月。我寄的是priority express,所以还有时间继续等一等。

我是寄priority mail international ,已经块30天了,目的还是希望能够收到。如果超过二个月没有收到,再去填表,谢谢消息,这个是看是6个月期限。

我寄的是usps international priority express, 2/3号寄出,我guarantee 11号到。等了20+天,终于今天投递了。从6号到26号就没有物流更新。不过我不打算要回邮费了,因为当前特殊时期,邮局费劲周折安排航班给寄到,总不能就免费吧。反正包裹没有丢失就好了。我 signed up的text message6号之后也没有更新,还是自己在中国邮政上查到中国那段物流的。 不过,我本周去了美国当地邮局,和人说上了话,他们内部可以看到我们不知的细节,比如包裹经转了日本。

注意:我说的是没有按时到,或者不会按时到的Postage Refund,不是丢失赔钱的Insurance Claim,那个有不同的期限,更多一些!!!

我也纠结这个,但是CSR说一边调查一边submit request,说不然来不及了,very nice lady
全程语音,完全没有能选refund的地方。lz是怎么弄的啊?
记得有一项是碰到问题,就可以talk to CSR.....
打了好几遍,完全没有这个选项。。。我们打的是一个电话吗……
看来只能网上试试了
选了delay的选项 还是要填其他的东西啊 而且还需要上传收据证明吗?
