有,我刚买了一桶$20,下过瓜子不怎么好,有霉味
是有牌子的吗? 还是costco自己家的? 一般超市 store brand 5lb装的也就1快出头, 算下来25lb 也基本差不多价格。

我常做发糕,用牛奶+水+1或2个鸡蛋+酵母发面,如果有玉米面的加点玉米面,把面团和的稍微稀一点,发好后再加点baking powder.,揉匀,然后揪成一个个面团放入蒸锅中,再醒20分钟,开大火蒸30分钟。吃不完的放冰箱冷冻或冷藏都可以,吃的时候用蒸锅蒸几分钟。
哈,太谢谢了,costco买的蛋白粉大桶还有一点点没吃完一直放着,懒得装小罐,大罐每次看到想拿出去recycle,这下找到用处了,而且份量正好。

可以做面包。用面包机揉面准备做馒头的,结果按错了键成了烤面包了,拿出来面包味道还不错。
