Salary wise, I dont really see a big difference between 120, 160K or 180K.
The RSU, SOP and ESPP r the real game changers. You pretty much make a living with your salary but to build your asset, you rely on the company stock. You can save a little with your salary but after, say 5 years, you want to build a portfolio of half or 1 million, the only thing you can expect is your stock.

Re. 医保真的不值得太考虑。我只有在其他任何方面都完全一致的情况下才可能考虑医保。考虑到一个全新的环境,还有重新build自己的信用,除去医保,至少20%才可能动。

my 2 cents.
说的很有道理,但是反过来想,一般有资源的团队做好的项目或者方向的,是不会太cheap的,30%是无论如何也给得起的。
而一个公司团队对你各种nice 但是只肯多给5000,那就是骗你过去当苦力的。

当然个人发展方向则是另一层面的考虑了。
同意,之前公司五千之前都是自费,怀孕生娃前后跨年的话就是一万了,每个月还多几百一千的保费,还不算万一ER,买药之类的,怪不得当时公司都是基本不看病的年轻人,没见过孕妇。
新工作就面试那么一天时间,怎么能了解到组、老板那么详细啊?
还是要看工资具体情况 单纯比例不好说 换个工作保险医药费多付五六千 但是工资涨个三四万 当然要跳了
