DIAGNOSIS:Voided urine: Rare atypical urothelial cells, favor reactive, negative for high-grade urothelial carcinoma. See comment.
Comments: This specimen consists principally of squamous epithelial cells.Significantly more limited urothelial cells are evident, focally present in cohesiveaggregates. The urothelial cells present do show nuclear variability, includingincreased nuclear-to- cytoplasmic ratios and hyperchromasia. Urothelialaggregates are unusual in voided urine and may be seen in settings ofinflammation, unreported instrumentation, urinary lithiasis and in neoplasia.While not diagnostic for high-grade urothelial carcinoma, clinical correlationis recommended with continued evaluation as indicated.

这次在美国年检，PCP告诉我有镜下血尿，但同样，lab检查，尿里又没有 blood cells，no infection。但发现了rare atypical urothelial cells. 国内不记得有没有做细胞学的检测了

PCP 推荐我看了个 urologist 专科医生，urologist医生说这个 atypical cells 的false positive 很多，现在病理没有显示癌变，即使做膀胱镜，估计也发现不了什么，要我六个月后再做尿检。
请问版上学医，或知道类似情况的jdxm们，这个atypical cells 要不要紧，是按医生说的，monitor 就好，还是现在要上膀胱镜或者CT？
