San Diego County, in Southern California, has declared a "local emergency" and "public health emergency" due to concerns over the novel coronavirus, said county officials. County Supervisor Nathan Fletcher called these declarations a precautionary measure that will help the county coordinate efforts to ensure access to supplies and protect public health. The declaration doesn’t “signify an increase risk to the residents of San Diego County from coronavirus," Fletcher added. There are currently two American evacuees from Wuhan, China, who were evacuated to Marine Corps Air Station Miramar and tested positive for coronavirus. They are being treated at the University of California San Diego Health Center. Cases in the US: 443 people in the United States are under investigation for the novel coronavirus, according to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Experts say the new test kits open the door to confirming cases earlier, thus being able to take swift action to contain any further spread in the United States. The CDC had previously announced plans to ship roughly 200 test kits to domestic labs and another 200 to international labs. Each test kit can perform 700 to 800 patient samples.

There have been 15 cases of the novel coronavirus confirmed in seven states: eight in California; two in Illinois; and one each in Arizona, Washington, Massachusetts, Wisconsin and Texas.

唉，我也不知道啊。昨天晚上和朋友聊天约周末安排，狠狠恐吓了一波想去蹦迪的小朋友。我觉得他们中间有几个估计要另外拉一个群叫我奇怪的老女人了。但翻翻早些日子和朋友的聊天记录，歪哥发预警的时候我也跟国内的朋友发了预警，好多回复都是不当一回事的，诸如过春节怎么可能不回去之类的，也有信了的，说好吧只能自己过年了的。我还是觉得宁愿反应过度也比盲目乐观好。

如果错了告诉我，但我听说是他们只是隔离并没有全部检测，只检测了有症状的人。如果是那样的话，按照刚刚发布的论文，早期症状里一半人都是不发烧的。所以我感到不安心。
