也许可以像狂犬病疫苗一样既有抗血清，提供活性抗体立刻减少病毒数，又有灭活毒株，让人可以产生免疫？
或者像那些免疫抗癌的技术一样，帮助免疫系统识别病毒？

才preclinical，连clinical trials还没有到，华人现在这些id怎么一点常识也没有？

前几天看新闻已经再试过国内的疫苗开始动物实验了。不知道是不是同一种药。

大概还需要两年。 病毒的老鼠实验普遍周期是三到四个月，就是说你现在做的实验，什么都不该，养老鼠养到三个月后才有结果。 对了，做下一步, 错了重来，2年，是你基本不犯错的结果。

哈哈，我同学就是这样说的，美国投毒，你们有解药，不怕

这家公司 (Inovio Pharmaceuticals)做各种疫苗，还没有进入II期测试的，他们最著名的Zika疫苗还在临床试验中苦苦挣扎。这篇报道有炒作它家股票之嫌，虽然文章没有说谎，但根据历史经验，疫苗在这个阶段，最终成功的可能性只有1%-2%.

就是，这种小破公司放个炮吸引眼球乘机圈钱，也有这么多人崇拜的五体投地。vaccine哪 有那么好做。。。 这些圈钱小公司的水平还不如五毒所呢。

加油加油！靠谱就靠这帮人了。
