卸妆油凝固了还能用吗

我在belk买了一瓶bb的卸妆油，今天收到包裹打开一看居然是这个样子的，凝固了，变白了。有没有懂行的姐妹帮我看看，是冻上了吗？化开还能不能用啊？谢谢🙏 ---发自Huaren 官方 iOS APP

你确定这是卸妆油吗？我的是透明油状，也不像会凝结的油类呀……

好像国内淘宝都是冬天化妆品不发东三省 原因就是液体会冻住。。。

或许化了就好了

I had the same issue with mine; put it in room temperature and it'll melt to liquid. I thought it went bad but it was normal.It's interesting because when it's solid, it's white in color but when it turns liquid, it's yellowish in color.
