证明学术界对冠状病毒的危害，早就有一定的预期。
所以一开始，发现新型冠状病毒造成肺炎的时候，第一反应绝对是隔离、研究、调查，而不是反复强调“不会人传人、可防可控”。

在毫无根据的情况下，斩钉截铁做出“不会人传人”的专家、或者说是势力，背后肯定有重大问题。
