应该主要是怕引起恐慌，同时也怕大多数人买不到或不会带。。
因为传播途径至今没有说明白呗，口罩有没有用是未知。
那你就自己戴呗。CDC不建议你就不敢戴？
那能把人挤人的纽约单独拎出来么？还是决定放弃纽约丛林法则了？
