大家都忙着举报，我来回答你的问题吧：规定是过去14天去过湖北的人强制隔离；过去14天去过中国的人建议隔离，2/2 5pm开始执行。所以是有回溯期的。尽管不属于强制隔离，但是但凡有点公德心的人都会自觉做到，并且和周围亲朋说明情况。我的朋友们都是这样做的。
就是知道某些中国人的尿性，让他孩子缺一天课、让他少赚一天钱、让他给别人行个方便比杀了他还难受，我才比较紧张，我才对那个所谓扫地僧的视频嗤之以鼻。周围很是有些人被那个视频洗脑，不把疫情当回事。但愿真的没事，如果美国爆发，他负得起责任吗？
