首先， 说这个list is short 是极不准确的， 那同机飞回的几百号人就不用通知注意了吗？
另外， 我查到 Jan.24 能飞SJC 的好像只有从北京的？ 【待确认】 那CDC说他也去过上海，但是没有说北京？
