如果算累计时间我超过30个月了, 不过3年前sabbatecal我回国生活了一年。 期间有回过美国两次(就是赶在境外停留时间快到6个月时入境打卡一下), 每次只待在美国7-10天就又回过了。所以那一年我在境外的居住总时间为11个月1周,在美国只待了3周(不过因为中间回来,每次在境外的时间倒是没有超6个月)。这种情况还可以算在5年居住时间内吧?另外,入籍是否有5年内的其中一年需居住超过365天这样的要求?
