难道还指望一美元的小物品用一辈子？ 美国从made in China获利最多，同样的商品比其他国家卖得都便宜。得了便宜还卖乖~
凡事第一次发生，我觉得最好还是给老师the benefit of doubt，的确有人说话不过脑子，或者就是ignorant，不一定就有discriminating intention，没有必要把老师put on the spot，我们自己的立场说清楚了，老师校长都明白了就好，如果再有下一次，那么对不起，作为家长就要escalate the issue

不仅如此，严格按照美方规格做出来的产品，结果设计有缺陷，出了事故之后，新闻标题一样强调“中国生产的某某产品blah blah"
华人都不喜欢正面回应矛盾，但是你要想想你给孩子做什么榜样，不管结果如何，你的积极态度会永远鼓励他。

我个人觉得老师毕竟是每天孩子要面对的人，处理这种事情的时候一定要考虑到不要把孩子放在difficult position，不是说老师会retaliate，但是孩子年纪小，不一定有能力处理这种delicate的关系。
