摔跤这种事真的很难说的。我妈妈当时摔了一跤当时也没什么，结果回去痛的不行，后来是骨折。特别是黑冰摔下去真的会骨头碎的
很难说，虽然是工伤，但是通常INSURANCE 公司看到员工是在送货屋主门口摔倒都会先找屋主保险公司的。
举例，我之前的COMMERCIAL 房东就遇到这样的情况，他有一个COMMERCIAL BUILDING， 里面有一家是诊所，有一个小孩在妈妈看病时候无聊就去玩楼梯把手结果摔下去了，小孩父母状告房东，结果房东让他们走诊所的保险。万一诊所没有买保险，房东的保险走起。经过这件事之后他规定所有的tenants 都要上交自家保险的证明。
只要在你家driveway滑倒，就可以告你。 找保险公司。

这样的话所有送快递的直接把包裹放到马路边吗？丢包裹算谁的？
所以home insurance不要省，伞险也一定要买啊
