之前跟老板说过下周开始休假,想这个周末发一封邮件提醒一下他。该怎样开头比较好?Just a reminder that...觉得不够客气
This is a friendly reminder that...觉得更像商家发给客户的,翻译成中文就是友情提醒,觉得怪怪的
I’m writing to let you know that...或者Please be informed that...没有提醒的意思在里面,怕他忘了我请过假,以为我是临时通知。

所以该怎样说又礼貌又达到了提醒的意思呢?

俺老板的办法不错,就是在team的calendar上发个自己假期的appointment,subject就说某某(自己)vacation。上面有的建议好像太正式了,伤感情。。。

大家都需要提醒吗?我们公司都是跟老板说好,组里有个calendar上mark下,旅行期间邮件回复设置下。基本大家都知道了吧。我同事有的就只跟老板和关系好的同事说。经常周一跑来发现某同事放假了,大家都不知道什么时候回来😓😓

不要周末发,这两天上班汇报工作,说一下自己的进度/project. 然后跟进前面mm说的,自己的休假计划。那些活休假前做,那些活休假后做,然后问问老板还有啥suggestion or comments.

我一向是把假期发在所有最相关的人的calendar上,一目了然不会有任何误会
