Lending 这个贷款公司大家有听说过吗？

最近想重贷自住房，问了一下local agent都没有Costco下面lending给的rate好，它家报了2.785% cash to close 3600刀，我咋感觉too good to be true? 重来没有网上贷款过，靠谱吗。能批下来吗？ ---发自Huaren 官方 iOS APP
