我根本不看descriptions 只看照片和floor plan，还有Google Street view 讨厌不放floor plan的，但半数listings都没有

我们镇政府网站上可以找到很多资料，在assessor那
东北地区抢房区就是这么彪悍。地下室attic现在全算面积，看着就是个2000多sqf的小房子，但是listing上面写4000多，进去一看就懂了。其实一看google map上面房子的footprint就知道了，真的是差太太多了
