安邦改建的华尔道夫酒店的公寓楼的要出售了!一个小studio价格170万起!

  安邦集团收购并部分改建为公寓楼的纽约市地标、华尔道夫酒店(Waldorf Astoria)明年初开始上市出售;预计公寓售价为每平方呎2500元到3000元。

  安邦国际美国公司执行长米勒(Andrew Miller)希望华尔道夫新房的销售可以引领曼哈顿房市走向复苏;他说,华尔道夫提供的房型非常多元,不仅有售价可能达到千万的顶层豪宅,也有统舱(studio)等小户型,适合很多买家;其中四分之三的公寓为两居室或更小,统舱售价预计170万元起,平均每平方呎2500到3000元。

吴小辉当年也不是按照卖给美国人来算的吧。 他主要的买家是国内的有钱人吧。可惜,没算准大气候。 国内的有钱人现在钱出不来了, 自己也身陷囹圄了。

楼不高在曼哈顿是大缺点,被噪音吵死。

现在新建的luxury condo都是全玻璃的,设施和view都很好。华尔道夫一点优势都没有

这种小户型为主的,主要给中城上班的人一个pied-à-terre? 价格确实不便宜啊,又是非住宅区,而且这种房子,HOA是很大部分吧。。每月2000-3000?

安邦这种赤裸裸的大规模侵吞国有资产,最后案发被国家接管也是咎由自取,真心没啥好冤枉的。。

那么大的盘子,都是空手套白狼把国有资产转入个人腰包。。。

就中国这状况,国有还真就是给老百姓的。。

国有资产那么大的盘子,未来最有可能也是最大的用处就是用来填充社保漏洞。。。
最近几年国资委已经开始逐渐把国有资产注入社保系统了。。。按照中国人口结构来看,国有资产的注入未来会加速。。

国有资产给老百姓养老,肯定好过被安邦这种私吞。。。

卖东西的自然要觉得自己值高价了,能忽悠别人来买也是他本事。可是现在只是开始卖,又不是说人人在抢。卖不出去自然就明白标价高了呗
