求助，关于重贷之后的deed

请教大家，如果一个房子是我婚前父母资助首付买的，一直都是我一个人的名字。
结婚后有机会重贷，因为我丈夫和我一起贷款的，所以他的名字也要上DEED。
这种情况下，我要选哪一种。
joint tenant
community property
community property with right of suvivorship
tenant in common

我不在乎加上我丈夫名字，将来老了，如果我先走，他不用等probate可以继续住这个房子。但是如果我们不幸中途离婚，我也希望能够保全我的首付部分，在没有prenup的情况下，选哪个是最好的。
